Jewish Community Failure to Report is the Same as Enabling


        The third book of the Torah, Leviticus places a moral duty on individuals who have witnessed an act of wrongdoing.  It says the following at Leviticus 5:1:  "Now in case a soul ... is a witness or he has seen it or has come to know of it, if he does not report it, then he must answer for is error."

        The moral tenet that a witness of a criminal act has a  moral responsibility to report it can be seen in laws like that found in Title 18 U.S.C. §4, Misprision of felony (http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/ts_search.pl?title=18&sec=4).  The law states:  "Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both." 

        Proof of this higher sense of morality is evident in the European Jewish's community's involvement in the genocide occurring in Darfur, Sudan. In the New Jersey Jewish News, in an article entitled "Not on my Watch, it states: "Proud of the fact that UJC MetroWest filled four buses with some 400 rally-goers, Max Kleinman, the federation’s executive vice president, said the coalition’s broad base "gives us the opportunity to strengthen our relationship with the African-American community." The article's title "Not on my Watch" makes it crystal clear -- that if one is watching an act of wrongdoing, one has the moral responsibility to report it.

        Another example of the European Jewish community's will to report wrongdoing is its dogged desire to ensure that the world knows of the Jewish Holocaust where 6,000,000 Jews (actually there were 11,000,000 persons, but for reasons unknown the 5,000,000 non-Jews are very rarely included). There are specific days which commemmorate the Jewish Holocaust. Grade schools, high school, colleges, even work sites have ceremonies to ensure that the public never forgets the lack of international involvement that led to the deaths of millions of innocent people.

        Why is it then, that members of the Jewish community devote much less time to the Maafa, which lasted longer than the Holocaust of Germany and took more lives?  Why is the Jewish doctrine of the curse of black skin — the diabolical teaching that led to the rationalization of the world's worst Holocaust trivialized, or at least not given the air time that the Holocaust of Germany is given?
 
       Amazing, while the Torah strongly advocates public disclosure of an act of wrongdoing, the Talmud, oftentimes given more credence by the Jewish community than the Torah, advocates against a Jew reporting another Jew's act of wrongdoing to Gentiles.  At the website entitled "Come and Hear", it makes a number of interesting statements:
•  "According to the Alliance for Authentic Judaism, Jews may not sue fellow Jews in
   Gentile courts, or even call the police on another Jews..."

•  "No Jew or Jewess, wherever he may be, is allowed to go to a non-Jewish court, or to
   their offices or officers, without exception. If there should be any disagreement between
   Jews, they should turn to a Jewish Beis Din for their legal proceedings according to
   Jewish law…" 

 
•  "It is not permissible under any circumstances, to summon a fellow Jew to a non-Jewish
   court prior to summoning him to a Jewish Beis Din…"

 
•  "No Jew, even if he is a rabbi or leader, is allowed to permit other Jews to go to non-
   Jewish court before summoning the other party to Beis Din…" 

 
 
•  "A Jewish man or woman who calls the police on the other, is included in the
   classification of moser…"

•  "A moser is a Jew who brings the unlawful activities of another Jew to the attention
   of Gentile authorities. According to the Talmud, such "informers" can be thrown into
   a pit and not brought out, i.e., murdered..."
        The Talmud also instructs its followers to lie to non-Jews if the need arises

        •  "Where a suit arises between an Israelite and a heathen, if you can justify the
           former according to the laws of Israel, justify him and say: 'This is our law';
          so also if you can justify him by the laws of the heathens justify him and say
          [to the other party:] 'This is your law'; but if this can not be done, we use
          subterfuges to circumvent him.

        While the aforementioned statements do not specifically prevent Jews from publicly disclosing the slanderous doctrine of the curse of black skin, it should be clear to anyone that based on the above, not publicly disclosing the Jewish community's involvement in the promulgation of the myth of black inferiority is strongly implied.  Proof of this implication is that fact that Africans were enslaved by both European Christians and European Jews. After the Emancipation Proclamation, neither European Christians nor European Jews made any attempt to pay out money to the individuals that they had enslaved. Both European Christian and European Jews capitalized financially by continuing to pay African workers far less than their white counterparts. As expressed by author Roberta Strauss Feuerlicht, Jewish individuals took advantage of the low social status of their reputationless "schvartzes" by paying them next to nothing.

        The European Jewish community has a moral responsibility once and for all to publicly admit that there are still individuals in this community that believe and promulgate the slanderous Jewish religiously-fomented doctrine of the curse of black skin. Its responsible rabbis must publicly admit that this doctrine is a lie that has no basis in the Torah. They must publicly admit that this doctrine was intended to dehumanize Africans so that rich members of both the European Christian and European Jewish communities could take advantage of Africans without a moral outcry from the white public. It must publicly condemn those members, like Dov Ber Schwartz and members of the Satmar community, who continue to teach this doctrine to their congregants. And it must allow Africans to have access to the names of those Jews who continue to disseminate this slanderous lie.

        Unless it accedes to the above, the European Jewish community's failuire to publicly report the slander of Africans by its members will be seen as an act of enabling and will be dealt with as such.

        One cannot straddle the fence on this issue. Either one is a supporter of truth and justice, or one is a supporter of hatred, bigotry and slander.
